How it works
First we will organise a discovery call, for me to learn about your tastes. In advance to each session I will propose a menu to be approved by you. On the day of the meal prep, I will arrive with the groceries, cook and box the meals. I will leave everything in your fridge/freezer labelled with reheating guidance. Then clean up before leaving. The duration and prices depends on what you need and will all be agreed during our discovery call.
You can opt for 'lunch box' style prep (individual portions for being on the go) or 'family meal' style prep (divided by a series of main and side dishes for enjoying around the table at home). Let me surprise you with new flavours and dishes!
