Since dedicating myself to the culinary arts, making my passion a professional pursuit, I have worked around the world. Cooking in Italy, Spain and England, as well as Costa Rica and now Stockholm, Sweden. After graduating from VegChef plant-based culinary school, I Interned at a fine dining restaurant (Växthuset, Stockholm) and head cheffed at a retreat centre (Björnbacka, Stockholm) , before starting to work freelance as a Private Chef and Instructor. My latest endeavour and focus is running cooking classes, to share my love of cooking, experimenting and being playful with food.
